Ok, so I'm still hung up on the fact that Eliana is one and I like playing with my editing software. There is one picture for every month beginning in the top left and going clockwise and of course the middle was Christmas.

Yesterday Eliana and I went to Story Sprouts at the library as a new session is starting. She loved it. She went right up to the lady leading the storytime and wanted her books. We are also in swim lessons again on Thursday mornings. I love being able to stay at home and do these things with her.

As Promised.........only very late

So, here's the video I promised almost 4 months ago from Ben's birthday meal at El Azteca. I'm finally getting the hang of this whole video realm.

Birthday Video

Hooray! I finally have Eliana's video completed. There is of course some more I want to do with it, but this is what I have time for at the moment. It had to go into two segments because YouTube only lets you upload 10 minute videos at a time. It is a total of approx 15 minutes. That is after I even cut it down! There was so much I wanted to add. I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed putting it together.

Play Date

Evan and Melissa came over for a play date. Little Eliana wasn't too sure about sharing her toys. She seemed to always want what Evan was playing with. Not sure how to fix that.

Eliana doesn't really go to anyone else, so it was so neat to see her go to Melissa. Maybe all that getting together at the mall when they were little for walks (along with Melissa's glowing personality) helped!

Big Smiles

I love this first one because you can see all 5 of her teeth. I just finished Eliana's First Birthday video. It's too big to upload to the blog, so I'm gonna try to put it on youtube and then post the link. So, look for that coming soon (hopefully today yet!)

P.S. It's top secret how I got her to laugh and smile so much, mostly because I'd just embarrass myself.

Piano Fingers

When Eliana was born everyone commented on her long fingers and how she would be a piano player. Of course, Ben and I both said it was so she could palm a basketball better. Anyway, here she is playing with the piano from her cousin Carol in Ohio.

New Toys

Eliana loves being pushed around on her rock, roll, and ride we got her for Christmas.

Jason's Wedding

Jason and Julie were married December 30th. It was an amazing wedding. We're so blessed to have them both in our lives. Can't wait to spend more time with them both.

Eliana loved playing with Thalia at the gift opening and Eliana loves playing with Thalia.

Do we really want to start with the cell phones already?
