This little girl of ours is something else. She recently started this growling thing that just cracks us up. She does it so much at times she starts to cough.

11 MONTHS

Ben couldn't resist putting her cell phone in the top pocket of her bibs.

Ever since Eliana was born, her great grandma Shannon has been giving her one rose for every month old she is. So, today she got 11 roses.

Time With Aunt Tracey

There are only two other people Eliana will go to other than me, mom and Ben. This poses quite a problem. Ben and I are both in Jason's wedding December 30th and we can't have mom watching her that day. Aunt Tracey has been coming over so Eliana can warm up to her more. Our hope is that she and Chad can watch Eliana for most of the wedding day. So far I've been able to leave the room to go to the bathroom without too much crying. Aunt Tracey is doing an awesome job.

Eliana has grown so fast. Next week she will be 11 months. She is celebrating her first Thanksgiving. I made pancakes for us all before Ben had to leave to preach.

We really prefer little miss Eliana to not play under the table. We're afraid she will fall and there's wood all around her.

We also don't want her playing with the photo albums because she rips the pages.

We have been teaching Eliana sign language. She has really gotten the hang of "more". If it gets her more food, she's ready for it!

Little Miss now not only wants to play with her laundry outside of the basket, now she climbs in the basket.

Trouble

Now that Eliana is taller she is getting into so much more. She can now reach and play with the vertical blinds. She also knocked over mom's soda a couple days ago. She's getting into everything.

Welcome Saydee!

My good friend and college roommate just had a baby girl about 3 weeks ago. I visited her and took some pictures. It sure is nice to hold a newborn again, one that isn't trying to squirm away from you. Little Eliana is becoming more and more independent :(.

Sleeping Beauty

There's nothing more beautiful than a sleeping baby. This was the first time in a LONG time Eliana not only sat in her swing, but fell asleep in it. This was where she spent her first 4 months sleeping as she was very colicky.
