Visit with Great Grandma

As I mentioned a few days ago my grandma has not been doing to well. She was in the hospital with Atrial Fib and cellulitis in her leg, then went to the nursing home for a week then back home. She fell once she came home and was back in the hospital. She's now been in a nursing home and will likely be there for awhile. She is not eating and drinking very little. She also is not wanting to walk. It's hard to see her this was as she's always been on the go with us.

Eliana loved the last visit and didn't want to leave.

Happy New Year

The kids got to spend most of New Year's Eve with my mom while we went to the Badger game. They had a party while we were away :)

Badger Game

For Christmas I got Ben a pair of tickets to the Badger vs. Ohio State Men's Basketball game. We had a great time spending the day in Madison together.

Birthday Girl

Somewhere in the middle of all the holiday gatherings we found time to celebrate our little girl's 3rd birthday. Her big party will follow, but we have a little celebration with her on Christmas. Of course she had to have the Princess cake...she's all about princesses right now.

She wanted to make sure Belle watched her eat her cake.

Things have been absolutely crazy lately. The kids as always are keeping us running, but my grandma has been in and out of the hospital. She's now at a nursing home in New London...pictures of her and the kids to follow.
