Lazy Day

These pictures are actually from the other day. Today Ben preached. Ellie was pointing to him and trying to talk to him when he was in front of church. Her new thing is after church she runs to Ben and shakes hands with the people as they walk out, just like her daddy.

She just had to have her sunglasses on....in the house.

Mom and I took Eliana to the Menominee Park Zoo in Oshkosh today. Despite all the lake flies I think Eliana had a great time. Here are some of her by Lake Winnebago. She wasn't too sure about the sand .

Ellie's Bathroom Fun

I tried to upload this a couple days ago and it didn't work, so I thought I'd try again. Ellie started to pee the moment I took her diaper off before putting her in the bathtub. So, then I got smart and put her over the toilet the second after I took off the diaper. Well, then I thought about it even more and decided to get her potty out of the box. So, she thinks it's so funny because she wants privacy when she "goes to the bathroom". It's become a game

My New Lens!

Today the nice UPS man (my new friend because of the package he gave me) delivered my new "L" lens. For those of you who don't know "L" in the photography world stands for "L"ots of money and very heavy. I tested it out on a tree outside while Ellie napped.

Then I tested it on mom and Ellie.
.... Then Ellie. I just know this is the look I'm gonna be getting 13 years from now when I tell her she went over her cell phone minutes....again.

Happy Mother's Day!

We went to early church this morning and are waiting for Eliana to get up from her nap and then we'll go to mom's house for supper. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms.

Making a flower for mom

Ben and I took Eliana to story time at the Mom and Pop Place on Friday. After story time Eliana made a flower for me for Mother's Day. Yep, she's our little lefty (most of the time).
