I happened to stumble upon this local station that showed a lady leading a group of kids on an aerobic karate workout. Eliana immediately took to it and started trying to follow along. This is actually one of three videos that I have of her. In one of the other videos Eliana is actually counting along with the instructor as well.

Pretty Toes
Since I can no longer see my feet and I haven't had my nails painted since the summer my dear husband painted my toenails for me. This is something he actually used to do quite often for me while we were dating. Eliana saw my toes and thought I had "owies", then I told her daddy painted my nails and that's all she wanted. I painted her nails for her this afternoon and it's all she's been talking about. She's showing them off in these pictures.

Melting Pot....Yum!
I got together last night with my college roommates/friends at the Melting Pot. We are all over the state now and try to make it a point to get together every couple/few months.

Computer Fun
Mom got Eliana this Leapfrog computer for Christmas. Eliana absolutely loves playing it. She likes it because she has Dora, "Princesses", and Thomas the Train games to play. Of course any game she plays is more fun when it's played with grandma.

Cooped Up
It took a bit for Eliana to get used to being unable to swim every day. Back to the stir crazy winter days. Ben and I were able to go to dinner on Thursday night to celebrate my birthday (it was Tuesday) and last night I was able to go to dinner with a friend of mine who I haven't had the chance to catch up with in quite some time. Ben coached his basketball team to a victory last night too. Yesterday I had my 37 week check up and all is well. I'm back to measuring on track, I had been measuring 2-3 cm small. I personally think all the eating out has made my tummy stick out further, thus the extra 2-3 cm :)

Sturgeon Bay #2
Eliana had the opportunity to swim every day while we were at the Bridgeport, even twice a day. Not only that, but she also got to play in the big whirlpool tub.

Sturgeon Bay
After my MD appt on Friday my Dr. said it was alright if Ellie and I joined Ben at his Pastor's conference in Sturgeon Bay. We are staying at the Bridgeport. We have a really nice room with a fireplace and personal outdoor patio (not that it matters in the middle of winter). We are right across from the pool and kid's play area. We promised Eliana we would go to the pool when we got to the hotel. She LOVED it. They had a seperate kid's swimming area and water slide as well. That's all she's talked about. I'll be taking Eliana to the pool again tomorrow while Ben is at his conference.

Storyboards
Here are the two storyboards I made, the first one is for the baby's room, the second is in Ellie's room. Eliana loves it and gets excited every time she sees it.

Maternity Pictures
I got the CD with the rest of my maternity pictures and I put a couple up in the hallway and made a storyboard for Eliana's room and then one for the baby's room. I really am happy I had them taken. I can guarantee you that last time I was pregnant I would have never done anything like this, but I regretted it. I made sure to do it this time because you never know if this is going to be the last pregnancy, it's been a rough one.

Special Delivery
My mom, being the wonderful mom that she is, took Eliana for the morning so I could rest. I actually ended up using the time to get ready for the new baby by getting out all the clothes and bedding, etc and washing it. That had been weighing on my shoulders for a couple weeks. When the girls came back mom got this....I mean Ellie got this special cookie for me as my birthday is next Tuesday. A little early present. Thank you girls.
