Recently on one of our many cold wintery blustery below zero snowy days, Ellie and I made Christmas cut out cookies. Glad we got it done because unfortunately both she and I are once again sick with a nasty cold.

Building For Kids

Ben and I took Eliana to the Children's Museum today. She had a blast and didn't want to leave. I know she can't wait until she gets her membership (from mom for Christmas).

Lady in Red

I had my second ultrasound this morning and will hopefully get the results tomorrow as to whether the placenta has moved.

Every time Eliana wears this shirt she talks about how her grandma took her to see Elmo because this was the shirt she wore that day.

Poor Daddy

Ben wasn't feeling well last week and took the opportunity to relax on the couch when he had a moment. But, there's no such thing as rest when you have an almost two year old in the house. She took every single toy from her basket and put it on Ben.

St. Nick

I've been trying to post for days with little success. Anyway, it finally worked. Eliana definately got into her St. Nick presents this year. She loves her play jewelry and stamps.

Sleigh Ride

Tonight we took a frigid ride through Menominee Park in Oshkosh to look at the Festival of Lights. Ellie loved to point out all the lights.

Hat and "Globes"

Last year it was a hopeless cause to get her to keep her hat on.. and forget gloves. This year, she just loves wearing her hat and "globes". She doesn't always like to take them off!

An Old Playdate

Melissa and I took Eliana and Evan to the mall (probably a month ago already!) and they're now into giving each other hugs and kisses. These pictures are priceless and we can't wait to show them to the kids when they're older.

We're still alive :)

I didn't realize it had been a week since I last posted. I've once again been really sick. Ellie had a bit of a cold, but I ended up with a monster cough and chest congestion. I've been sick for what feels like forever and I think I may be slowly on the mend with every muscle in my body aching from all the coughing. I actually left the house today with Eliana.

Eliana brought her picnic table into the kitchen tonight as I was making supper. She made herself her own little meal of what she'll tell you is "crackers". But, before she pretended to eat them she said "Come Lord Jesus..Aaaaamen".

With my not feeling well, we went for the easiest way to get our Christmas tree...we got it in 10 minutes from Menards.
