Ellie was so engrossed in Clifford the Big Red dog. She hadn't seen it before and this is what happened when she saw it for the first time.

Still Hanging In There

We're still sick, but hopefully getting better. Ellie had a pretty good night last night. Ben seemed to get a little more sleep as well. I on the other hand slept about 1 1/2 hours last night, I just tossed and turned and sniffed and coughed. Pretty miserable. I called in this morning to say I wasn't coming to work. Mom came by this morning and took Eliana to diaper study so I could sleep a little more. I am feeling a little better now after lying down.

Ellie loves her daddy time. She loves giving kisses and hugs too.

More Bay Beach..

Riding the ladybugs was Ellie's first ride when we got there. Every time she went past us in her little circle her little lip would be puckered. Towards the end she realized that it was supposed to be fun. She had a blast riding them again later.

Yesterday we didn't end up laying low. We took Eliana to Green Bay to Bay Beach Amusement Park. She LOVED it and cried when it was time to go home.

Slowly getting there

Happy 4th of July. I didn't take Eliana to diaper study yesterday as she still didn't feel well. Today she woke up and is still stuffed up. She's started into the coughing more as well. Ben and I were worried yesterday because they fireworks are set off at the park very close to our house, but fortunately they didn't wake her. Today we have no real plans because Ellie still isn't 100%, I guess we'll play it by ear.

She just loves these ice cream from her kitchen set.

A Bit Behind

These pictures are from yesterday at Erb Pool, considering today we got pounded with rain. I just love watching them interact.

They traded sunglasses. Evan was quite stylish in Ellie's purple butterfly glasses. Too bad he didn't look at the camera, he probably knew his dad would tease him :)
Ellie has not been feelign well. She woke up with a very runny nose and a low grade temp. I decided not to take her to diaper study. I'll decide whether or not to bring her tomorrow, her little eyes looked so sick tonight :( I just can't stand her being sick, I feel so helpless

Busy Day

We had a busy day today. I had physical therapy for my shoulder, then Eliana and I went to her diaper study. After Ellie's lunch and nap we met Melissa and Evan at the pool for some swimming. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and I must say it felt pretty good to be in the water considering it was 85 today.

Ellie just loves the vacuum cleaner from her grandma.

She also loves this book she got for her baptism. We finally got it 0ut because we are less worried about her ripping out the pages. It has several familiar hymns that play when you press the buttons on the side. She loves it when we sing them to her.
